AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the construction
of storm sewers in the Whitney Chase Stormwater Project #1 & 2 (S-
863), in the City of Black Jack, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the residents of said project have agreed to
contribute Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($5,400.00) toward
the costs of materials; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers in Whitney Chase
Stormwater Project #1 & 2 (S-863), in the City of Black Jack,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1975.
