AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($6,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Clayton & Big
Bend Storm Sewer (S-862), in the City of Clayton, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Clayton, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said moneys will returned
to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($6,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
Clayton & Big Bend Storm Sewer (S-862), in the City of Clayton,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1975.
