AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nineteen Thousand Six
Hundred Fifty-eight Dollars and Seventy-four Cents ($19,658.74)
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Maline Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
the project known as 74-MC-10 West Florissant Storm Sewer (S-599),
in the City of Dellwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has contributed Nineteen
Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-eight Dollars and Seventy-four Cents
($19,658.74) toward the costs of said project; said moneys are
being deposited to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred
Fifty-eight Dollars and Seventy-four Cents ($19,658.74) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the construction
of storm sewers in the project known as 74-MC-10 West Florissant
Storm Sewer (S-599), in the City of Dellwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1975.
