AN ORDINANCE taking a supplemental appropriation of
Three Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($3,300.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund for additional costs for Miscellaneous Sewer Repairs
No. 1 (S-823), consisting of eleven separate projects, located
within the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($3,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund as a
supplemental appropriation for additional costs for Miscellaneous
Sewer Repairs No. 1 (S-823), consisting of eleven separate
projects, located within the City of St. Louis and St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 20, 1975.
