AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Meiners Company
for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as Velma
Avenue Storm Drainage Improvement (74-MC-17), in the City of
Berkeley, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Meiners Company as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as Velma Avenue Storm Drainage Improvement (74-MC-17), in the City
of Berkeley, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 28th day of
April, 1975, and formally executed on the 13th day of May, 1975,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
