AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement and the unused
sewer therein in the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis, Missouri, by Ordinance
No. 56957 vacated the east-west alley in City Block 3903, and
WHEREAS, by said Ordinance the City of St. Louis
reserved an easement for sewer purposes over said east-west alley
and The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is successor in
title to said easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement strip, and this
District has no further use for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
is hereby vacated, to wit:
The eastern five-hundred-fifty (550) feet of that sewer
easement reserved by the City of St. Louis, Missouri, by its
Ordinance No. 56957, lying in the east-west alley in City
Block 3903.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 20, 1975.
