AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-two Thousand Nine
Hundred Ninety-seven and 52/100 Dollars ($32,997.52) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Subdistrict No. 223 (Rock Hill & Green Springs Sanitary
Interceptor), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Environmental Protection Agency of the
United States has agreed to contribute Twenty-seven Thousand Four
Hundred Ninety-seven and 93/100 Dollars ($27,497.93) toward the
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Clean Water Commission of the State of
Missouri has agreed to contribute Five Thousand Four Hundred
Ninety-nine and 59/100 Dollars ($5,499.59) toward the costs of
said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-two Thousand Nine
Hundred Ninety-seven and 52/100 Dollars ($32,997.52) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the construction
of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 223 (Rock Hill & Green
Springs Sanitary Interceptor), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 20, 1975.
