AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for
additional costs in the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 389 (Stoneleigh Towers), in the City of Olivette,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus
of the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund as a
supplemental appropriation to be used for additional costs in the
construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 389 (Stoneleigh
Towers), in the City of Olivette, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 20, 1975.
