AN ORDINANCE, transferring Fifty-eight Thousand Dollars
($58,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) from the unappropriated
surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement
Fund of the University City Branch of the River des Peres, Twelve
Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek, Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek, and Eight Thousand
Dollars ($8,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Watkins Creek, to the Subdistrict Planning Fund of the District;
and appropriating One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars
($120,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Subdistrict
Planning Fund of the District for contracts for engineering
services for stormwater improvements in various areas of the
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-eight Thousand Dollars
($58,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus
of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek to the Subdistrict Planning Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus
of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
the University City Branch of the River des Peres to the
Subdistrict Planning Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus
of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to the Subdistrict Planning Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus
of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Maline Creek to the Subdistrict Planning Fund of the District.
Section Five. The sum of Eight Thousand Dollars
($8,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus
of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Watkins Creek to the Subdistrict Planning Fund of the District.
Section Six. The sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($120,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the Subdistrict Planning Fund of the
District for the following contracts for engineering services for
stormwater improvements in various areas of the District: 1.Contract E-272 (Executive Estates, 76-DC-13) - Kenneth Balk & Associates, Inc. 2.Contract E-273 (Lanark Road Storm Sewer, 76-WC-4) - Williamson & Associates 3.Contract E-274 (Burke City Storm Sewers) - William Tao & Associates, Inc. 4.Contract E-275 (Folk Avenue, 76-DC-12) - Dolson and Wegescheide

Engineers 5.Contract E-276 (South Overland - Page to Theodosia) - Clayton Surveying & Engineering 6.Contract E-277 (Banneker - Stockard Storm Sewers) - Bopp & Richardson.
Section Seven. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
