AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract, No. E-272, with the firm
of Kenneth Balk and Associates, Inc., for engineering services
relating to storm sewer project 76-DC-13 (Executive Estates).
WHEREAS, the District has received proposals from
engineering firms stating their qualifications to perform said
work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to enter
into a contract, No. E-272, with the firm of Kenneth Balk and
Associates, Inc., for engineering services relating to storm sewer
project 76-DC-13 (Executive Estates).
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One
of this Ordinance shall provide for a total fee in the amount of
Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) and such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 20, 1975.
