AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twelve Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($12,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Bayless
School District Athletic Field Storm Sewer (S-877), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Bayless School District has agreed to
contribute Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($6,150.00)
toward the costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said moneys will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($12,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as Bayless School District Athletic Field Storm Sewer (S-877), in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1975.
