AN ORDINANCE, transferring Forty-seven Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($47,600.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
the Operating Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict, Ten
Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($10,700.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund,
and One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of Subdistrict - Sugar
Creek; to the General Fund of the District, and appropriating One
Hundred Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($119,000.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District for the
preparation of a Long Range Plan.
WHEREAS, the cost of the engineering services relating
to said preparation of a Long Range Plan shall not exceed One
Hundred Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($119,000.00),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-seven Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($47,600.00) is hereby transferred from the
unappropriated surplus of the Operating Fund of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict to the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Ten Thousand Seven Hundred
Dollars ($10,700.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated
surplus of the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of One Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($1,200.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated
surplus of the Operating Fund of Subdistrict - Sugar Creek to the
General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of One Hundred Nineteen Thousand
Dollars ($119,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District for the
preparation of a Long Range Plan.
Section Five. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1975.
