AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Trampe
Heights, St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, for the convenience of this District and at
this District's request, the owners of the subject property have
granted this District a substitute easement, and this District has
no further use for the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
is hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6664, Page 1623 of
the St. Louis County Records in land situated in Trampe
Heights in U.S. Survey 155, Township 47 North, Range 7 East,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1975.
