AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 2714, as adopted
December 11, 1974, by repealing Section Ten thereof and enacting a
new Section Ten relating to the same subject, the salary of the
Director of Finance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 2714, as adopted December
11, 1974, is hereby amended by repealing Section Ten thereof and
enacting a new Section Ten thereof to read as follows:
Section Ten. Effective for the pay period beginning May
26, 1975, the salary of the Director of Finance shall be
$23,500.00 per annum, payable in bi-weekly installments.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1975.
