AN ORDINANCE, transferring Fifty-five Thousand Dollars
($55,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the General Fund of the
District; and appropriating One Hundred Fifty-two Thousand Dollars
($152,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
of the District (Account 1062-100) as a supplemental appropriation
for the 1974-1975 budget.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-five Thousand Dollars
($55,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the
General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of One Hundred Fifty-two
Thousand Dollars ($152,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District
(Account 1062-100) as a supplemental appropriation for the 1974-
1975 budget.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1975.
