AN ORDINANCE transferring Thirty-eight Thousand Dollars
($38,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Operating Fund
of the Mississippi River Subdistrict, Eight Thousand Five Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($8,550.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund, and Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars
($950.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Operating Fund of
Subdistrict - Sugar Creek, to the General Fund of the District,
and appropriating Ninety-five Thousand Dollars ($95,000.00) from
the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District for
a district-wide study of sewer service charges.
WHEREAS, the cost of the engineering services relating
to said district-wide study of sewer service charges shall not
exceed Ninety-five Thousand Dollars ($95,000.00),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-eight Thousand Dollars
($38,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus
of the Operating Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the
General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Eight Thousand Five Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($8,550.00) is hereby transferred from the
unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund
to the General Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars
($950.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus of
the Operating Fund of Subdistrict - Sugar Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Ninety-five Thousand Dollars
($95,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund of the District for a district-wide
study of sewer service charges.
Section Five. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1975.
