AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract, No. E-258, with the firm
of Black & Veatch, Consulting Engineers, for engineering services
relating to a district-wide study of sewer service charges.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to enter
into a contract, No. E-258, with the firm of Black & Veatch,
Consulting Engineers, for engineering services relating to a
district-wide study of sewer service charges.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One
of this Ordinance shall provide for a total fee not to exceed
Ninety-five Thousand Dollars ($95,000.00) and such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1975.
