AN ORDINANCE appropriating One Hundred Seventy-six
Thousand Dollars ($176,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 383 (LaVenta-
LaSierra) 74-CC-5, in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project; upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, said moneys will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Florissant, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, the Executive Director is
authorized to issue the notice to proceed to the contractor, and
said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the sums advanced by the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
are in the nature of a loan; upon receipt by the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No.
383 (LaVenta-LaSierra) of funds, such sums shall be repaid to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Seventy-six
Thousand Dollars ($176,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 383 (LaVenta-LaSierra) 74-CC-5, in the City of
Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
