AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further use for this easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The northern two-hundred-forty-five (245) feet of that north-
south easement, ten (10) feet wide, granted to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by the deed recorded in
Book 6518, Page 314 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1975.
