AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Kozeny-Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
June Drive Stormwater Channel (74-WC-1), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Kozeny-Wagner, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as June Drive Stormwater Channel (74-WC-1), in St.
Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 4th day of
June, 1975, and formally executed on the 10th day of June, 1975,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1975.
