AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Penrod, Inc.
for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
Atalanta Storm Sewers (74-DC-9), in the City of Webster Groves,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Penrod, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as Atalanta Storm Sewers (74-DC-9), in the City of Webster Groves,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 2nd day of June, 1975,
and formally executed on the 10th day of June, 1975, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1975.
