AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Twenty-one
Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($21,950.00) from the General
Fund of the District for the production of a documentary motion
picture depicting the District's operations and progress.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-one Thousand Nine
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($21,950.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District for the production of a documentary
motion picture depicting the District's operations and progress.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1975.
