AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gampco
Incorporated for the construction of storm sewers in the project
known as Tuscany Park Storm Sewer Project (74-DC-4), in the City
of Clayton, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gampco Incorporated as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Tuscany Park Storm Sewer Project (74-DC-4), in
the City of Clayton, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 18th
day of June, 1975, and formally executed on the 24th day of June,
1975, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
