AN ORDINANCE•AMENDING THE OFFICIAL:ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
OF TIFFIN, IOWA, FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS PRAIRIE WEST
ADDITION, TIFFIN, JOHNSON, COUNTY, IOWA, AND AS LEGALLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN 3•:
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA: r ..
Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this'ordinance is to amend the
official zoning map of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, concerning property locally
described° as Prairie West Addition, Tiffin, Johnson ”County, Iowa,
attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 2. Amendment. The following legally described
property (0.08 acres):

Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Auditor's Parcel 2003144, in accordance with the Plat
thereof Recorded in Plat Book 46, at Page 305 of the Records of the Johnson County Recorder's
Office; Thence S00°26'34"W, along the East Line of said Auditor's Parcel 2003144, a distance of
122.65 feet, to the Point of Beginning; Thence continuing S00°26'34"W, along said East Line,
91.73 feet;.Thence N89°33'26"W, 139.50 feet; Thence,Northeasterly, 177.05 feet, along a 150.0
foot radius curve, concave Northwesterly, whose'466,95,foot chord bears N57°06'57'E, to the
Point o'f Beginning.'Said Rezoning Parcel contains 0.08 Acres, and is subject to easements and e

restrictions.of record.
shall be changed from zoning classification C-10 to C-2B, Community
Business District, and further, that the official zoning map of,the'City be
amended to reflect the change-described,herein.
Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Severability. If any section, provision, or part of this
ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
adjudication shall not affect the 'validity cif`the ordinance as a`whole, or
any section,- provision, or part thereof not adjudged' invalid or
unconstitutional.
Section 5. 'Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in`effect after
its final passage, approval, and posting as':provided,by law.

signified his approval of`same by fixing signature thereto. Passed by the,
Council on the 25th day of September 2013_ and approved by the Mayor on the
2°d day of October 2013. r '

2013,,and published on the 3rd day of October 2013, by posting copies thereof
in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa. That I
