AN ORDINANCE appropriating Four Hundred Fifty-three
Dollars Eighty-nine Cents ($453.89) from the unappropriated
balance of the Spanish Lake Operating Fund to be used for payment
of back taxes to St. Louis County for the Spanish Lake Treatment
Plant property, and which sum is to be deducted from the total
price paid for such property.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Fifty-three
Dollars Eighty-nine Cents ($453.89) is hereby appropriated from
the unappropriated balance of the Spanish Lake Operating Fund to
be used for payment of back taxes to St. Louis County for the
recently purchased Spanish Lake Treatment Plant property, and
which sum is to be deducted from the total price paid for such
property.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1975.
