AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Christian
Contracting, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Royce-Lang Stormwater Channel (S-908) 75-MC-9A,
in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Christian Contracting, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Royce-Lane Stormwater Channel (S-908) 75-MC-9A,
in the City of Ferguson, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
19th day of June, 1975, and formally executed on the 24th day of
June, 1975, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
