AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Christian
Contracting, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 376 (Black Jack-Dellwood) Northland Hills No. 4 -
Dellwood Hills No. 2 (Champlin Branch), 74-MC-11, in the City of
Dellwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Christian Contracting, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 376 (Black Jack-Dellwood) Northland Hills No. 4 -
Dellwood Hills No. 2 (Champlin Branch), 74-MC-11, in the City of
Dellwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of
June, 1975, and formally executed on the 27th day of June, 1975,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1975.
