AN ORDINANCE appropriating Forty-three Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars and Thirty-two Cents ($43,400.32) from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund to purchase tax bills
for Subdistrict No. 350 (Lake Village) in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-three Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars and Thirty-two Cents ($43,400.32) is hereby
appropriated from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund
to purchase tax bills for Subdistrict No. 350 (Lake Village), in
St. Louis County, Missouri. Upon their receipt from or on behalf
of the property owners concerned, said sums shall be repaid to the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1975.
