AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to purchase Special Tax Bills 27637, 27638, 27639, 27645, 27691,
27755 and 27756, issued for Subdistrict No. 350 (Lake Village).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer of the District are hereby authorized to
purchase Special Tax Bills 27637, 27638, 27639, 27645, 27691,
27755 and 27756, issued for Subdistrict No. 350 (Lake Village), at
a price not to exceed Forty-three Thousand Four Hundred Dollars
and Thirty-two Cents ($43,400.32).
Section Two. Upon the delivery to them of said
Special Tax Bills, the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer shall be and are hereby authorized and directed to pay
the total sum of Forty-three Thousand Four Hundred Dollars and
Thirty-two Cents ($43,400.32) to the owners thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1975.
