AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 411 (Green Park
and Lemay Ferry) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sanitary sewer
or sanitary drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed
or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict
shall be known as Subdistrict No. 411 (Green Park and Lemay
Ferry).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 411
(Green Park and Lemay Ferry) shall be as follows:

GREEN PARK & LEMAY FERRY
Beginning at the intersection of the southwest line of Green Park
Rd. (as now established) with the northwest line of Lemay Ferry
Rd. (as now established); thence northwesterly along with
southwest line of Green Park Rd. to its intersection with the
northwest line of property conveyed to Alvin J. Mueller and wife
by deed recorded in Bk. 3836, Pg. 135, St. Louis County, Mo.
Recorder's office; thence southwesterly along the northwest line
of said Mueller property to its westernmost corner; thence
southeasterly along the southwest line of said Mueller property;
and along the southeastern prolongation thereof, to an
intersection with the northwest line of property conveyed to
Henzler, Inc. by deed recorded in Bk. 3250, Pg. 375, said
Recorder's office; thence easterly in a straight line across said
Henzler, Inc. property to the northernmost corner of property
described as "Parcel 1." in said Henzler, Inc. deed; thence
southeasterly along the northeast line of said "Parcel 1." to its
easternmost corner in the northwest line of said Lemay Ferry Rd.;
and thence northeasterly along said road line, to the beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1975.
