AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements and the unused
sewers therein in the City of Des Peres, St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and this
District has no further use for the subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements and the unused
sewers therein described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The sewer easement, ten (10) feet wide, granted to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by the deed recorded in
Book 6363, Page 954 of the St. Louis County Records, over
land situated in Section 27, Township 45 North, Range 5 East.
2. The western two-hundred-sixty (260) feet of the sewer
easement, ten (10) feet wide, granted to The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District by the deed recorded in Book 4027, Page
464 of the St. Louis County Records, over land situated in
part of Lot 1 of "Partition of George A. Fussner's Estate,"
Section 27, Township 45 North, Range 5 East.
3. The triangular sewer easement granted to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by the deed recorded in
Book 6363, Page 952 of the St. Louis County Records, over
land situated in Section 34, Township 45 North, Range 5 East.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1975.
