AN ORDINANCE appropriating Two Hundred Forty-one
Thousand Dollars ($241,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain
Creek Section XII), 75-CC-2, in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project; upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Florissant, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the sums advanced by the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
are in the nature of a loan, upon receipt by the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Fountain Creek of
funds, such sums shall be repaid to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Forty-one
Thousand Dollars ($241,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek Section XII), 75-CC-2, in the
City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1975.
