AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twenty-seven Thousand Seven
Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars and Sixty Cents ($27,798.60) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Florissant & Adams Stormwater Enclosure Section I
(S-773), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has contributed Twenty-
seven Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-eight Dollars and Sixty Cents
($27,798.60) toward the costs of said project; said moneys are
being deposited to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-seven Thousand Seven
Hundred Ninety-eight Dollars and Sixty Cents ($27,798.60) is
hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Florissant &
Adams Stormwater Enclosure - Section I (S-773), in the City of
Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1975.
