AN ORDINANCE appropriating Sixty-three Thousand Two
Hundred Sixty-two Dollars and Sixty-one Cents ($63,262.61) from
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
the project known as Lynn Haven - Sections I and II (S-722), in
the City of Hazelwood and St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has contributed Sixty-
three Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-two Dollars and Sixty-one Cents
($63,262.61) toward the costs of said project; said moneys are
being deposited to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-three Thousand Two
Hundred Sixty-two Dollars and Sixty-one Cents ($63,262.61) is
hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in the project known as Lynn
Haven - Sections I and II (S-722), in the City of Hazelwood and
St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1975.
