HomeMy Public PortalAbout02900 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2900 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 388 (Navajo Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sanitary sewer or sanitary drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 388 (Navajo Drive). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 388 (Navajo Drive) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 NAVAJO DRIVE Beginning at the easternmost corner of Lot 2 of OSAGE PARK, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Mo., as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 46, Pg. 2, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office; thence northwesterly along the northeast line of said subdivision to the northernmost corner of Lot 4 thereof; thence southwesterly along the northwest line of said Lot 4 to its westernmost corner, being in the northeast line of Navajo Dr. ; thence southerly, across Navajo Dr., to the northernmost corner of Lot 9 of said OSAGE PARK; thence southwesterly along the northwest line of said Lot 9 to its westernmost corner; thence southeasterly along the southwest line of said OSAGE PARK to the southernmost corner of Lot 11 thereof; thence northeasterly along the southeast line of said Lot 11 to its easternmost corner, being in the southwest line of Navajo Dr.; thence northeasterly across Navajo Dr. to the southernmost corner of said Lot 2; and thence northeasterly along the southeast line of Lot 2 to the beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1975.
