AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with G. L. Tarlton
Contracting Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 408 (Lynn Haven) Section III, 76-CC-6, in
Hazelwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to G. L. Tarlton Contracting Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 408 (Lynn Haven) Section III, 76-CC-6, in
Hazelwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 16th day of
June, 1975, and formally executed on the 24th day of June, 1975,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
