AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twelve Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($12,500.00) from the Reserve Account - Bonfils Operating
Fund for the purchase of a sanitary sewer consisting of
approximately four hundred sixty-six feet (466') of twelve inch
(12") VC pipe in conjunction with the Bonfils Sanitary Sewer
System.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($12,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Reserve
Account - Bonfils Operating Fund for the purchase of a sanitary
sewer consisting of approximately four hundred sixty-six feet
(466') of twelve inch (12") VC pipe in conjunction with the
Bonfils Sanitary Sewer System.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1975.
