AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to purchase from Ponderosa Steak House, Inc. a sanitary sewer
consisting of approximately four hundred sixty-six feet (466') of
twelve inch (12") VC pipe in the City of Bridgeton, Missouri, for
the purpose of making said sewer a part of the public sewer
system, and
WHEREAS, Ponderosa Steak House, Inc. constructed the
aforementioned sewer in the City of Bridgeton, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, said sewer provides access to the Bonfils
Sanitary Sewer System, and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is
desirous of making said sewer a permanent part of its public sewer
system,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
are hereby authorized to purchase from Ponderosa Steak House, Inc.
a sanitary sewer consisting of approximately four hundred sixty-
six feet (466') of twelve inch (12") VC pipe in the City of
Bridgeton, Missouri for the purpose of making said sewer a part of
the public sewer system, at a price not to exceed Twelve Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00).
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1975.
