AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of One Hundred
Sixty Thousand Dollars ($160,000.00) from the Construction Fund -
Mississippi River Subdistrict for the purchase of certain real
property in Block 2520 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, for the
expansion of the Secondary Treatment Facilities for the Bissell
Point Sewage Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($160,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Construction
Fund - Mississippi River Subdistrict for the purchase of certain
real property in Block 2520 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
for the expansion of the Secondary Treatment Facilities for the
Bissell Point Sewage Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1975.
