AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twelve Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($12,700.00) from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction of
storm sewers in the project known as 4326 & 4330 Heidelberg (S-
451), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred
Dollars ($12,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction
of storm sewers in the project known as 4326 & 4330 Heidelberg (S-
451), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1975.
