AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Meiners Company
for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as 4326
& 4330 Heidelberg (S-451), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Meiners Company as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as 4326 & 4330 Heidelberg (S-451), in St. Louis County, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 17th day of July, 1975, and formally
executed on the 22nd day of July, 1975, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
