AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
2598, adopted June 12, 1974, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 402 (Karlsruhe and Blue Ridge) of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 2598, adopted June 12,
1974, is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 402 (Karlsruhe and Blue Ridge), as set forth in
Section Two thereof, an area described as follows:
All of Lot 19 and 20 of CLEAR VIEW HILLS, a subdivision in
St. Louis County, Mo., as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 33, Page 45, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office.
for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such property
would not be benefitted by the proposed sewer facilities to be
constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 2598,
adopted June 12, 1974, as hereby amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 402
(Karlsruhe and Blue Ridge) shall be as follows:

KARLSRUHE & BLUE RIDGE
Beginning in the southeastern line of Blue Ridge Dr. at the
westernmost corner of Lot 31 of CLEAR VIEW HILLS, a subdivision in
St. Louis County, Mo., as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 33,
Pg. 45, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office; thence
northeasterly along said street line, being along the northwestern
line of said Lot 31, its prolongation across Karlsruhe Pl., and
along the northwestern line of Lot 11 of said CLEAR VIEW HILLS, to
the northernmost (rounded) corner of said Lot 11; thence
southeasterly along the northeastern lines of Lots 11 - 18, incl.,
of said CLEAR VIEW HILLS, to the easternmost corner of said Lot
18; thence southwesterly along the southeast line of said Lot 18
and its prolongation across Karlsruhe Pl. to the southwest line of
Karlsruhe Dr.; thence southeasterly along the southwest line of
Karlsruhe Dr. to the easternmost corner of Lot 40 of said CLEAR
VIEW HILLS; thence southwesterly along the southeast line of said
Lot 40 to its southernmost corner; and thence northwesterly along
the southwestern lines of Lot 40 - 31, incl., of said subdivision,
to the beginning; said area includes all of Lots 11 - 18, incl.,
and 31 - 40, incl. of said CLEAR VIEW HILLS. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1975.
