AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
2558, adopted March 27, 1974, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 395 (Pelota and Valencia) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 2558, adopted March 27,
1974, is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 395 (Pelota and Valencia), as set forth in Section
Two thereof, an area described as follows:
Beginning in the centerline of Trampe Blvd. at its
intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the
southeast lines of Lots 18 - 2, incl., in Block 21 of
ELDORADO NO. 2, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Mo. as per
plat thereof recorded in P.B. 27, Pg. 16, St. Louis County,
Mo. Recorder's office; thence northeasterly along said
prolongation, and along the southeast lines of said Lots 2 -
18, incl., along the prolongation thereof across Valencia
Av., and along the southeast lines of Lots 1 and 2 in Block
22 of said subdivision to the westernmost corner of Lot 28 in
said Block 22; thence southeasterly along the southwest line
of said Lot 28 to its southernmost corner, being in the
northwest line of Pelota St.; thence southeasterly in a
straight line across Pelota and Valencia Sts. to the
northwest corner of Lot 9 in Block 25 of said subdivision;
thence south along the west line of said Lot 9 to its
southwest corner; thence west along the south line of Lot 8
in said Block 25 to the southwest corner of said Lot 8;
thence north along the west line of Lot 8 to the southeast
corner of Lot 7 of said Block 25; thence southwesterly along
the southeast lines of Lots 7 - 4 incl., in said Block 25, to
the southernmost corner of said Lot 4; thence northwesterly
along the southwest line of said Lot 4, and its prolongation,
to the centerline of Pelota St.; and thence southwesterly
along the centerline of Pelota St. and westerly along the
centerline of Trampe Bl., to the beginning for the reason
that the Board of Trustees finds that such property is
presently served by existing sewers.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 2558,
adopted March 27, 1974, as hereby amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 395
(Pelota and Valencia) shall be as follows:

PELOTA AND VALENCIA
Beginning in the northwest line of Pelota St. at the southernmost
corner of Lot 28 in Block 22 of ELDORADO NO. 2, a subdivision in
St. Louis County, Missouri, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 27, Page 16, St. Louis County, Missouri, Recorder's office;
thence northwesterly along the southwest line of said Lot 28 to
its westernmost corner; thence northeasterly along the northwest
lines of Lots 28 - 15, inclusive, in Block 22 of said subdivision,
and along the prolongation thereof to the centerline of Cordova
Street; thence southeasterly along the centerline of Cordova
Street to its intersection with the southwestern prolongation of
the northwest line of Lot 14 in Block 23 of said ELDORADO NO. 2;
thence northeasterly along said prolongation and along the
northwest line of said Lot 14 to its northernmost corner; thence
easterly along the northern lines of Lots 14 - 25, inclusive, in
said Block 23 and Lots 1 - 7, inclusive, in Block 28 of said
subdivision, to the northeast corner of said Lot 7; thence
southerly along the east lines of Lots 7 - 17, inclusive,
southwesterly along the southeast lines of Lots 17 - 25, inclusive
and westerly along the south lines of Lots 26 - 36, inclusive, of
said Block 28 and Lots 20 - 9, inclusive, in Block 25 of said
subdivision, to the southwest corner of said Lot 9; thence north
along the west line of Lot 9 to the northwest corner thereof,
being in the south line of Valencia Street; and thence
northwesterly in a straight line across Valencia and Pelota

Streets to the beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1975.
