AN ORDINANCE appropriating Thirteen Thousand One
Hundred Sixty Dollars ($13,160.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Wedgwood Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 374 (Wedgwood
Creek) Section I, 74-CC-3, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has contributed Thirteen
Thousand One Hundred Sixty Dollars ($13,160.00) toward the costs
of said project; said moneys are being deposited to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Wedgwood Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand One Hundred
Sixty Dollars ($13,160.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Wedgwood Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 374 (Wedgwood Creek) Section I, 74-CC-3, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1975.
