AN ORDINANCE appropriating Seventeen Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($17,200.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in the project known as Lindbergh
140'∀ West of Brightwell, in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the property owners of said project have
contributed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) toward the costs of
said project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($17,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
the project known as Lindbergh 140'∀ West of Brightwell, in the
City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 15, 1975.
