AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Lindbergh 140'∀ West of Brightwell, in the City
of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Lindbergh 140'∀ West of Brightwell, in the City
of Florissant, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of
September, 1975, and formally executed on the 23rd day of
September, 1975, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
