AN ORDINANCE, vacating easements in Lyndhurst
Subdivision, St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the
District has no further use for these easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easements described below are hereby
vacated, to wit:
1. The sewer easement, ten (10) feet wide, granted to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by the deed recorded in
Book 4774, Page 494 of the St. Louis County Records, over
land situated in Lot 22 of Lyndhurst Subdivision.
2. The sewer easement, ten (10) feet wide, granted to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by the deed recorded in
Book 4766, Page 62 of the St. Louis County Records, over land
situated in Lot 23 and part of Lot 22.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 15, 1975.
