AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 414 (Langley and
Acorn Sanitary Extension) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a request from the St. Louis
County Health Department, there is hereby established a
subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within
which sanitary sewer facilities may be constructed, reconstructed,
or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict
shall be known as Subdistrict No. 414 (Langley and Acorn Sanitary
Extension).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 414
(Langley and Acorn Sanitary Extension) shall be as follows:

LANGLEY AND ACORN SANITARY EXTENSION
Beginning in the centerline of Langley Av. at its intersection
with the southern prolongation of the east line of property
conveyed to Edward D. Kasten and wife by deed recorded in Bk.
6555, Pg. 1003, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office; thence
north along said prolongation and along said east line to the
northeast corner of said Kasten property; thence west along the
north line of said Kasten property to its northwest corner; thence
west along the north line of property conveyed to Maria Harfmann
and Eva Harfmann by deed recorded in Bk. 6286, Pg. 141, said
Recorder's office, to the northwest corner of said Harfmann
property; thence along the western prolongation of the north line
of said Harfmann property to its northwest corner, being in the
east line of HIALEAH TERRACE PLAT NO. 2, a subdivision as per plat
thereof recorded in P.B. 78, Pg. 5, said Recorder's office; thence
south along the east line of said subdivision, and its
prolongation, to the centerline of Langley Ave.; and thence east
along said street centerline to the beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 29, 1975.
