AN ORDINANCE appropriating Seven Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($7,300.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Operating Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Subdistrict No. 395 (Pelota & Valencia), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($7,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction
of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 395 (Pelota & Valencia), in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 29, 1975.
