AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 395 (Pelota & Valencia), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Subdistrict No. 395 (Pelota & Valencia), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of October,
1975, and formally executed on the 14th day of October, 1975, by
said contractor and the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
